| York Mountain Mercantile is nestled into the hills of Pennsylvania, close to the edge of the Allegheny National Forest. We draw much of our inspiration from the pre-Colonial and Colonial Eras as well as our simple surroundings.

| My husband and I have been crafters of some sort for years. We owned a small Country Gift Shop for about 5 years in our hometown and then decided to sell when our daughter turned a year old so I could be a stay at home Mom.
